Sessions require a $100 non refundable deposit to book, price will be deducted off your total. Payment plans are available. Full payment is required prior to your session.
Personal Viewing Appointments
Scheduled for up to 1 week after your session, i will either come to your home (or at a location of your choosing) so you can make your images selections in person. This takes the stress out of picking your images, in the comfort of your own home with a professional helping hand. I will also bring a selection of professional print products available. I have chosen exceptional professional labs that supply exceptional quality products. Choose from Archival Canvas Prints guaranteed for 75 years, Custom Picture Framing printed on archival cotton rag papers (archival up to 100+years), Fine Art and Mounted Fine Art Prints, Folio Boxes and Custom Designed Albums. Newborns
It is best to book your newborn session while still pregnant. Newborns are best captured between 4-14 days new. Because of this small window i take on a limited amount of newborn bookings each month to ensure i can schedule bookings within this time frame. Once your baby is born it is imperative you get in contact ASAP to book your session day and time.
Maternity
Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 34-36 weeks. All my maternity sessions include a large range of beautiful maternity gowns to choose from for your photo shoot. Most my maternity sessions are scheduled for outdoors, there are so many wonderful locations just on our doorstep to in capture this beautiful celebration.
Chosen images are professionally retouched/edited within 4 weeks from your photo shoot. Don’t worry i will put sneak peeks up on my facebook page before then! Digital only collections, once completed you will be sent a link to your edited gallery where you will be able to download your high resolution images. Galleries will remain active for 30 days after your session. After this time they will be inactive and will require a $50 fee to re upload and will be deleted after 12 months.
Mel Meager Photography retains copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right but not limited to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self promotion, photo contests. It is strictly prohibited to download/screen shot unedited galleries. Alter images in any way, including but not limited to cropping/cutting, applying social media filters, tampering with photographers logo. Unedited images are not sold as they are not a true reflection of my finished product. The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of client/children not co operating. By booking and paying your session deposit you agree to these terms and conditions.
